报告内容:The imbalance of immune status in the tumor microenvironment is an essential determinant of tumor development and progression. The precise regulation of the immune system is crucial to maintain the immune homeostasis and prevent and treat human complex diseases such as cancers. Increasing evidence has demonstrated the functional relevance of long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) to immunity regulation and the tumor microenvironment in cancers. However, the research on tumor immune infiltration-associated lncRNAs and their value in improving clinical outcomes and immunotherapy are still in its infancy, and more efforts are needed. Here, we aimed to develop novel computational algorithms and framework for identifying immune infiltration-associated lncRNAs through integrative analysis of multi-omics data of immune cell lines, tumor cell lines, tumor tissues, and patients with immunotherapy. Then we presented two cases in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and bladder cancer (BCa) and investigated the importance and value of immune infiltration-associated lncRNAs as a biomarker for predicting clinical outcome and immunotherapy responses

报告人简历:

周猛 博士,温州医科大学生物医学信息学系副主任,温州市“特支计划”科技创新领军人才;近年来一直致力于非编码RNA生物信息学和复杂疾病生物信息学研究,在国内外SCI杂志上发表研究论文50余篇,SCI累积影响因子>350余点,被引用2500余次,10篇论文入选ESI高被引论文,2篇论文入选ESI热点论文,H指数27, i10指数40。近年主持国家自然科学基金青年和面上项目3项,省自然基金面上项目1项,温医大高层次人才项目和重点项目各一项。现为美国基因与细胞治疗学会(ASGCT)会员,美国癌症免疫治疗协会(SITC)会员,中国抗癌协会肿瘤标志物专委会青年委员,中国抗癌协会骨与软组织肿瘤热疗及生物信息学专委会常务委员,中国计算机学会生物信息专委会通讯委员,浙江省生物信息学会理事。SCI期刊《Frontiers in Oncology》和《Frontiers in Genetics》副主编,SCI期刊《World Journal of Gastrointestinal Oncology》、《Interdisciplinary Sciences-Computational Life Sciences 》 、《Current Cancer Drug Targets》、 《Current Bioinformatics》和《Current gene therapy》编委。
